    • Day 1: Arrive Delhi

    Arrive Delhi.

    Arrive at international airport and transfer to hotel. Enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Stop near Jama Masjid and take a rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk market. Drive past India Gate and President's House. At local vegetable market learn about Indian cuisine essentials. In the evening take part in a unique ritual - mysterious goddess Kali worship.     In the morning visit Lotus temple. Later drive to Jaipur - vibrant capital of the colourful state of Rajasthan. Known as the "Pink City", Jaipur has a distinction of being one of India's finest planned cities. Visit Birla Temple and later have gala evening at authentic Rajasthani resort. Cherish traditional Rajasthani dinner & dance performance.

    Early morning visit Amer fort and enjoy elephant ride there. Admire magnificent interiors, exquisite wall paintings, as well as intricate ivory, mirror and glass work. Later visit City Palace museum, which has splendid royal collections. You will also see the awe-inspiring 18th CE Jantar Mantar observatory and stop near spectacular Palace of Winds. Enjoy your evening in one of the hidden jewels of Jaipur, pre-historic Hindu pilgrimage site, Galtaji Monkey temple, which is famous for tribes of monkeys that dwell there. Savour the peaceful ambience of religious hymns and chants surrounded by gorgeous landscape of green vegetation.

    • Day 4: Jaipur – Agra

    On the way to Agra stop at romantic fairytale Fatehpur Sikri. It is a red sandstone city built by Mughal Emperor Akbar, but later abandoned in the desert. Continue to Agra, capital of the grand Mughal Empire in 16th and 17th centuries. Visit the world famous Taj Mahal. Built by emperor Shahjahan in memory of his beloved queen, Taj Mahal is perfectly proportioned and distinctively feminine. Dazzling white during the day, the monument's marble exterior reflects rose and golden tints at sunrise and sunset.

    • Day 5: Agra – Varanasi

    Agra – Varanasi

    Explore interiors of impressive Agra Fort, mausoleum of Itmad Ud Daula and Sikandra. Later in the evening see local life in markets of Agra. Enjoy romantic dinner on a rooftop with the last view of Taj Mahal at sunset. Discover India the Gandhi way - board overnight train to Varanasi.     Sightseeing of Sarnath, the place that symbolizes a birth of Buddhism. It is a place where Buddha revealed his doctrine and founded his monastic community. The museum at Sarnath is amongst the most important in India and contains carvings representing a whole range of styles, covering sculpture from 3rd century BC to 12th century AD. In the evening take a walking tour in heritage zone of the city, enjoy rickshaw ride and witness Aarti, the Hindu religious ritual where fire is offered to gods on the banks of magical Ganges river.

    • Day 7: Varanasi


    Early morning boat excursion on holy river Ganges exploring bathing ghats and cremation sites. Watching people bathing and worshipping on ghats is one of the most extraordinary experiences of a visit to India. Later take a walk through beautiful streets of Varanasi, visit local temples, taste tea, lassi and local sweets. See one of the most unique temples in India - Bharat Mata temple, dedicated to Mother India. Varanasi is famous for silk weaving: if interested, see the demonstration of different weaving techniques.
